A Letter From The President
Spring is right around the corner and I know everyone is gearing up for the season. I just wanted to take time to reflect a little on our trade show. Thanks to all of the 175+ exhibitors, we had another sold out show in Columbia. For those who could not make it this year, we combined our Oyster Roast and Legislative Event. It was held at the Convention Center this year instead of off-site like last year. It was great to see the support from many legislators. We hope to continue this event in future years to keep our legislators up to date on issues concerning our industry. We were also able to present scholarships totaling $10,000 to seven deserving students from our state. Our education program had well over 335 in attendance. Participants were able to increase their knowledge and receive CE credits. We are already planning for next year’s education program.
I would like to thank everyone on the board and many other volunteers that donated their time to make this trade show a success. I also want to express gratitude and appreciation to our partners and trade show sponsors. Our association relies on the monetary support of these organizations listed below. We would not be able to have the trade show or provide for members without their gracious support.

- Carolina International Trucks
- Modern Turf
- Simmons Irrigation
- Splash Omnimedia
- Turf Connections
- River’s Edge Nursery
- Ray Bracken Nursery
